Monday - Friday: 5:00am - 8:00pm
Saturday: 8:00am - 4:00pm
Sunday: 10:00am - 2:00pm

The ERC Wellness Center has a collection of cardio equipment and selectorized weight machines from top fitness manufacturers such as Precor and NuStep. We also have a variety of other exercise tools such as kettlebells, medicine and exercise balls, plyometric boxes and more.

Fitness Studio Hours

Monday - Friday: 5:00am - 8:00pm
Saturday: 8:00am - 4:00pm
Sunday: 10:00am - 2:00pm

Head upstairs to create your own workout in a semi-private space featuring Plyo Boxes, Bosu Balls, Yoga Blocks, TRX Bands and a bluetooth-equipped Surround Sound system. Included in Membership or Facility Day Pass. First-come, first served. The fitness studio will be unavailable during fitness classes. Check the Fitness Class schedule for times.
