The fitness assessment is designed to educate individuals about their current level of fitness. Whether you are a beginner or advanced exerciser, testing at regular intervals will help keep you on track and allow you to see positive results. The test includes:

Are you seeing the results you want with your current fitness plan? Would you be interested in trying a new individualized program? ERC will partner with ESU Health Promotions students to offer one-on-one training. With the help of your ESU trainer, you will establish fitness goals and train to achieve those goals. Your trainer will perform fitness assessments before and after your 6-week session to measure your improvements. You get the personal attention you deserve and they get the experience they need.
