Unlimited Fitness Classes are included in your ERC Membership.  


Class Passes are available for daily use:

  • ERC Class Pass (land and aquatic classes): $60 for 22 classes

Want to try out a class?  Daily drop-in for fitness classes is just $3.

Group Fitness Class

COVID 19 Requirements for the Group Class Studio

Please stay home if you are not feeling well.

We need everyone’s help to stay healthy. There are several new processes so we encourage you to read through the requirements for the Group Class Studio during COVID19:

  • Please enter through the South doors.
  • Stop at the front desk for contactless check-in.
  • Capacity limitations will apply.
  • Distancing signs will be posted along with other safety guidelines. 
  • Additional cleaning stations and hand sanitizing stations will be available to guests.
  • Patrons will be asked to check-out with front desk staff before leaving the facility.

Personal Items:

  • Non-essential items are discouraged
  • Personal water bottles are allowed
  • Locker Rooms are not available
  • Personal sweat towels are allowed*

*Sweat towels will NOT be provided by ERC

Work-out Requirements

  • Hand sanitize before using equipment
  • Maintain social distance of 6 feet at all times, use spots as marked
  • Face masks recommended if safe to do so

Classes and schedules

Butts & Guts - resumes June 29th

  • Monday/Wednesday/Friday from 12:15pm - 12:45pm
  • Instructor: Janet Harrouff

This is a quick 30-minute intense body sculpting workout concentrating primarily on strengthening the core muscles including: abdominal, back and buttocks muscles. Please bring a floor mat and be ready to work. 

Fit Forever - resumes June 29th

  • Monday/Wednesday/Friday from 9:00am - 9:45am
  • Instructors: Anna Mahoney
  • Included with your ERC Membership, ERC Class Pass or $3 daily drop-in

You are never too old to obtain a healthier lifestyle from exercise. This 45-minute class is designed with the active adult in mind. People age 55 and older can enjoy the benefits of strong muscles and joints through moderate weight training. Join us for a variety of exercises that are designed to improve balance, flexibility, joint stability, coordination, muscular strength and support; the skills needed for your daily life activities. Please bring a floor mat and be ready for a head to toe workout.

SWAT Team (Strength, Weight loss, Agility & Toning) - resumes on June 30th

  • Early Mornings @ 5:30am off-site (this class does not meet at the ERC)
  • Tuesday/Thursday from 5:30am - 6:15am
  • Instructors: Janet Harrouff 
  • Included with your ERC Membership, ERC Class Pass or $3 daily drop-in

Energize during this early morning total body, heart pumping, and strength conditioning workout. This 45-minute, 8-week class combines full-body strength training with cardio intervals.  This class is designed to tone your body, improve your endurance and clear your mind before your busy day gets started. All fitness levels welcome. Please bring an exercise mat.  This class meets outside the facility in Spring and Summer unless there is in-climate weather.  We recommend contacting the front office at 620-340-6300 prior to your first attendance for location information.

**COVID19 Requirements: This class is usually held off-site; however, we still ask that all participants follow the COVID19 Work-Out Requirements listed above.  Your help is essential to insuring the health and safety of our patrons.

Yoga - resumes July 8th

  • Wednesday/Friday mornings at 10:00am
  • Instructor: Natalie Savage
  • Included with your ERC Membership, ERC Class Pass or $3 daily drop-in

Enjoy a relaxing series of stretches inspired to help your flexibility, range of motion, balance and posture. This 60 minute yoga-inspired stretching class focuses on breathing techniques and relaxation. Please bring an exercise mat.

Core Madness - resumes June 30th

  • Tuesdays/Thursday from 12:15pm - 12:45pm
  • Instructor: Carla Barnett
  • Included with your ERC Membership, ERC Class Pass or $3 daily drop-in

Having a strong core is a must. This 30 minute class using Pilates exercises will help develop core strength, longer, leaner muscles and will teach precise control in all movements. This class is done barefoot or in your socks and you will need an exercise mat.
