It’s a New Year and a New You!  ERC is presenting you with the Year of Self-Care. We invite our members, employees, and social media followers to join us in a self-care practice for each month of 2020. Each month, we will present a new practice that is a smaller, more manageable change that will lead you to a healthier lifestyle. The idea is to make changes bit by bit rather than all at once.
