It’s a New Year and a New You!  ERC is presenting you with the Year of Self-Care. We invite our members, employees, and social media followers to join us in a self-care practice for each month of 2020. Each month, we will present a new practice that is a smaller, more manageable change that will lead you to a healthier lifestyle. The idea is to make changes bit by bit rather than all at once. Research is beginning to show that there are some real benefits to focusing on yourself and spending time alone. By doing this, a person can enjoy things at their own pace and in their own way. Being alone is not the same as being lonely and by spending time with yourself, you allow yourself to relax, reflect, learn and grow.
