It’s a New Year and a New You!  ERC is presenting you with the Year of Self-Care. We invite our members, employees, and social media followers to join us in a self-care practice for each month of 2020. Each month, we will present a new practice that is a smaller, more manageable change that will lead you to a healthier lifestyle. The idea is to make changes bit by bit rather than all at once. ERC will be right there with you providing tips and encouragement for your practice.  We hope you find this enjoyable and helpful in making 2020 The Year of Self-Care.

Focusing on yourself is Hard

2020 Year of Self Care: Are you finding it difficult to fit February's practice of 20 Minutes of Self-Focus into your daily routine? It sounds easy but with kids, a spouse, work and more it can be difficult to prioritize yourself. Maybe we can help you rework your schedule! We offer classes every weekday from 12:15 - 12:45 designed specifically for that lunchtime slot in your day. Join us on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday for Butts & Guts, a quick 30-minute intense body sculpting workout concentrating primarily on strengthening the core muscles. Tuesdays and Thursdays, we offer Core Madness, a 30-minute class that will help develop core strength, longer, leaner muscles and teaches precise control in all movements.
