Liability Waiver
All persons registering for classes/activities/programs/events with the Emporia Recreation Commission must sign an electronic liability waiver. A parent or legal guardian must sign the waiver for youth participants under the age 18.
Photography Release
The Emporia Recreation Commission reserves the right to photograph classes, community events, programs and participants. Attendance at ERC programs and events constitutes consent to be photographed for use in print and/or electronic publicity for the Emporia Recreation Commission. You also waive any right to inspect or approve any photo, video or audio recording taken. To ensure the privacy of individuals, images will not be identified.
