  3. Couch to 5K Beginner's Running

    This program takes you- one step at a time- from a non-runner to someone who can finish a 5K. Three days a week for 45 minutes will transition you from the couch to walking to running over 9 weeks. We will finish by running the Logan Avenue 5K on November 3!
