    This program takes you- one step at a time- from a non-runner to someone who can finish a 5K. Three days a week for 45 minutes will transition you from the couch to walking to running over 9 weeks. We will finish by running the Logan Avenue 5K on November 3!

  2. Aquatic Adventure Day Camp

    The lifeguards at ERC will be providing kids a great way to spend their day off from school. Participants will spend the day at ERC splashing in the pool, playing games, making art projects, learning aquatic skills and discussing water safety. This is open to grade school students. Different ages and skills will be grouped accordingly for different activities. Snacks, project supplies, swimming instruction, water, and fun will all be provided. Please bring a water bottle, lunch, towel, and extra clothing.
