    This program takes you- one step at a time- from a non-runner to someone who can finish a 5K. Three days a week for 45 minutes will transition you from the couch to walking to running over 9 weeks. We will finish by running the Logan Avenue 5K on November 3!

    Join us for this all day trip to the Strataca Salt Mines and Dillon Nature Center in Hutchinson! We will journey into the dark for a subterranean adventure 650 feet below the earth’s surface, then visit the great outdoors at a 100 acre “wild” arboretum designated as a National Urban Wildlife Sanctuary with more than 300 species of woody plants, hundreds of varieties of wildflowers, and 200 species of birds.
