Gifts for Mom
Lots of kids want to do something special for their mom for Mother’s Day, and now they have that opportunity. The Emporia Rec Center is having an event for your kids to decorate and make a special gift for that amazing person in their life in honor of Mother’s Day. We will make the card and gift together and they will be able to give the gift the next day. Price includes a snack. Come join us as we craft and get excited to honor those amazing people in our lives.

Beyond the Bell
This non-school day camp is offered on days that school is out! It includes a variety of sports and activities for your kid to enjoy. We also provide crafts and go swimming in the afternoon in our indoor pool at the Rec Center. This is a great opportunity for kids to have fun on their days out of school. Fee includes snack and drinks. Days are offered with the availability of staff. Kids need to bring a sack lunch and swimming gear.Registration Opens: December 15

It’s time to get those backpacks and pencils ready for a new year of school to start, but not before we all celebrate one last summer event. The ERC wants to give your kids a fun filled afternoon full of Pizza, games, crafts, music, and more. This is a fun filled day to have one last celebration before schools starts and give you parents an opportunity to go shopping for those school items while we watch your kids. Price includes snack and pizza.
