Joints in Motion

Combines stretching and flexibility exercises from our Arthritis class with some light to moderate cardiovascular exercises.  Instructor led 45 Minute Class. 

M/W/F 8-8:45 a.m.

Arthritis Aquatic

Designed for people with arthritis or movement inhibiting conditions. Participants will improve and maintain joint movement and flexibility. Instructor led 45 Minute Class. 

M/W/F 9-9:45 a.m.

Silver Dolphins

Light aerobic workout for active older adults.  Incorporate low impact cardiovascular and resistance exercises with social time. Instructor led 45 Minute Class. 

M/W/F 10-10:45 a.m.

Aqua Fit

High intensity without the high impact.  The workout may include deep cardio conditioning, circuit training, resistance training and intervals.  Instructor led 45 Minute Class. 

T/Th 9-9:45 a.m. and 5:30-6:30 p.m.

Aqua Beat

High energy, low impact class focusing on burning calories and toning muscles by using dance and upbeat music. Instructor led 45 Minute Class. 

M/W 5:30-6:30 p.m.

Multi-Use Swim

Workout at your own pace.  Utilize this time to swim laps, stretch, deep water run, or any personal workout of your own.  Diving Board will not be open at this time. No instructor. 

Fri 5:30-6:30 p.m.

Lap Swim

An aerobic workout targeting your core, arms, legs, glutes and back.  No instructor.  

M/W/F 6-8 a.m.; M-F 11 a.m. - 1 p.m. and 4:30-5:30 p.m.; Saturday 11 a.m. - 1 p.m. 

Lap Swim Etiquette:

  • Empty lanes are first come, first serve.
  • Circle swimming is expected if lanes are full.
  • There is no shame in the slow lane.
  • Treat others as you would want to be treated.
  • Water running, aerobics, etc. may take place in one lane.
