LIVE N.O.W. – (Nutrition Overcomes Weight)

Having trouble staying motivated once you finally take that step toward a healthier lifestyle?  START “LIVE N.O.W.”!  Combining a start-up consultation and a yearly planner, we will be able to help you focus on a nutrition and exercise plan that best fits your lifestyle. Nutrition Answers

Many of you have questions about what to eat and how much.  How much fat?  How much protein?  How many carbohydrates?  It’s a pretty confusing “diet world” right now.  Is it low-carb or low-cal?  What is REALLY healthy?  Talk to a fitness room instructor to help you plan your healthier lifestyle changes.

Remember, nutrition is a way of life, not just a diet.  Small steps can create big changes.

 

Personal Trainer

Personal training consists of one-on-one hourly sessions with a certified trainer.  They can help you gain speed and strength for a specific sport, or help you with goals of weight loss or gain.  Personal training sessions are available by appointment. Call the fitness room for details.

 

KEEPIN’ THE PACE

Come join our on-going Fitness promotional program, “Keepin’ the Pace”, designed especially to keep you active and motivated.  By keeping track of their cardiovascular workout miles our members are earning ERC membership discounts & prizes.

 

Blood Pressure

Reduce stress, eat smart, cut salt intake, and exercise, these are all ways to help lower Blood Pressure.  The fitness room provides a self-testing blood pressure machine for your use.  Ask a fitness room instructor for assistance.

 

 

Body Composition

We all know how important it is to keep a check on our body fat because of heart disease and diabetes, just to name a few.   With just a 7 second test you can check your improvement with the “Body Fat Analyzer”.   Ask a fitness room instructor for assistance.

 

Gift Certificates

Gift Certificates may be purchased for any occasion and at anytime of the year.  Any Monthly Programs, Aerobics, Yoga, or Pilates are available to give as a gift.  Ask a fitness room instructor for assistance  

 

 

Fitness Assessments

The fitness assessment is designed to educate individuals about their current level of fitness.  Whether you are a beginner or advanced exerciser, testing at regular intervals will help keep you on track and allow you to see positive results.  The test includes:
