Personal training consists
of one-on-one hourly sessions with a certified trainer. They can help you gain speed and strength for
a specific sport, or help you with goals of weight loss or gain. Personal training sessions are available by appointment.

our body fat because of heart disease and diabetes, just to name a few.
With just a 7 second test you can check your improvement with
the “Body Fat Analyzer”. Ask a fitness
