 Yoga:  A combination of carefully defined "poses" with a strong emphasis on breathing, flexibitiy, toning, and relaxation.  These standing and floor poses can range from very simple relaxing stretches to strenuous positions. Please bring a floor mat.

Pilates: The principles developed by Joseph Pilate, are incorporated in this class to help transform the way your body looks, feels, and performs.  The exercises performed are challenging yet safe and will help build strength, increase flexibility and agility, and develop core muscle control.  Please bring a floor mat.   The evening sessions will meet at Timmerman School.

Zumba: A fusion of Latin and Pop with a mix of dance themes creating a dynamic, exciting fitness workout!  The routines feature aerobic / fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculp the body.

Fit Forever : This 45-minute class is designed with the active adult in mind.  People age 55 and older can enjoy the benefits of strong muscles and joints through moderate weight training.  This combination class of Balance, Flexibility, and Resistance Training will help increase total-body fitness. The Class meets on Monday, Wednesday, & Friday's at 10:15 - 11:00am

1 Month - $20      3 Months - $50      6 Months - $94      12 Months - $176       Daily Drop-in Cost:  $2.00  

Butts & Guts:     This is Just a quick 30-minute intense "Body Sculpting" workout concentrating on the abdominal and buttocks muscles.  This class meets on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 12:15pm.  The fee for the "Butts & Guts"  class is $2.00 daily or $20 Monthly, but is also a "Freebie" class included with the Fitness Room Membership.
