LOCAL MEET The local Hershey Track and Field Meet will be held
Thursday, June 8, at 9:00am at the Zola Witten Track at Emporia
State University. The intent of the Hershey National Track and Field Program is
to provide a basic playground form of participation for the beginning athlete. Any
boy or girl, 9-14* years of age, is eligible to participate in the program. Children
with disabilities are welcome to participate and will be accommodated whenever reasonably
possible. Information will be made available through the ERC Summer S'Cape program
and the local news media. ALL youth interested in participating, show up at 8:30am
at the track to register for the meet. SPIKED SHOES ARE NOT ALLOWED. |
