Some rentals require a damage deposit which is spearate from the rental amount and is refunded if rental conditions are fulfilled. Emporia Recreation prohibits the use of alcohol in or on the facility property and the use of tobacco in the Recreation Center. Final payment is due 2 weeks before the rental date. The damage deposit holds the day and time and is due when contract is signed.
