Indoor Pool Rules

-Children must be 43 inches tall and 7 years old to swim without an adult.

-No food or drink is allowed in the pool area.

-Swimsuits are required.

-No running on pool deck or in locker rooms.

-For your protection, all valuables should be LOCKED in a locker.

-All customers over the age of 4 must enter the pool through their respective locker room.

-All children must pass a simple swim test to be allowed access to the diving board and deep end.
-
-No diving in shallow end.

-No floatable devices are allowed in the pool. ERC does provide life jackets.
-
-Non-toilet trained children must wear swim diapers little swimmers. We recommend plastic diapers to be worn over the swim diapers to prevent leaks into the pool.
-
-Once swimmers leave the pool area or locker rooms, they will be subject to pay for re-entry
Indoor Pool Parties
Our Indoor pool has a capacity of 50 swimmers and ranges from a pool depth of 3 feet 6 inches to 12 feet. Heavy duty oversized steps located in the shallow end and a handicap lift located on the deck allowing any swimmer to ease into the pool. Reserve the pool for a private swim party on Saturday from 1:00 to 2:00 or 5:00 to 6:00 on Saturday or Sunday. Private Parties allow 25 swimmers to swim and the viewing room to host the party. Contact control to reserve your date.
Hours for Rental:
Saturday 1:00 - 2:00pm
Saturday and Sunday 5:00 - 6:00pm
$30 One Hour
$15 Deposit Guarantees Date and goes towards final payment.
JAC Private Parties
Jones Aquatic Center is available to the public after hours for private parties. The outdoor pool and slides can be rented out for birthdays, family reunions, or scout group events. For more information before the season call Emporia Recreation 620-340-6300 or Jones Aquatic Center during the season 620-340-6400.
Hours for Rentals:
Monday - Sunday 8:00 pm - Midnight
Option 1 - Main Pool Only = $120 / Hour
Option 2 - Lazy River Only = $60 / Hour
Option 3 - Main Pool & Lazy River = $140 / Hour
Option 4 - Main Pool & Slides = $140 / Hour
Option 5 - Lazy River & Slides = $100/ Hour
Option 6 - Whole Facility = $200/Hour - 2 hr Min.

JAC Birthday Parties and Group Prices
Available only during operating hours of the facility starting May 25th and ending August 10th. Reservations must be made 7 days in advance. A $15 deposit and contract must be completed before the date is reserved. The deposit is non-refundable and will go toward the total cost of the fee. Birthday cake is allowed inside JAC. No other food or drinks allowed. Call JAC at 340-6400 to schedule a birthday party.
Price Includes: 2 adult admissions, reserved tables with balloons and banner, a gift for the birthday child, special recognition over the PA system and lots of fun!
Day Groups: 50 and over $1.50 per child, Adults Regular admission.
