Arthritis Foundation Aquatic Program

This exercise class is designed primarily for people with arthritis. This is an instructor-led class that concentrates on improving and maintaining joint movement and flexibility, as well as very light, low impact cardiovascular exercise. All exercises are done in shallow water so you can exercise in comfort.


Monday - Friday 9:00 to 10:00am

Fee: $1.75 Drop In or $35.00 Punch Card - 22 Punches


Hydrobics (Water Aerobics)

Exercise in the water is invigorating, plus the natural massaging action of moving water helps soothe and relax tired muscles. This is an instructor-led class designed to provide low impact activity and concentrates on cardiovascular fitness. These exercises are done in shallow and deep water; however swim skills are not necessary to enjoy this class.


Tuesday / Thursday 9:00 to 10:00 am

Monday to Friday 5:30 to 6:30 pm

Silver Dolphins (Adults 55+)

Enjoy a swim and exercises designed for those 55 and over. This class concentrates on maintaining flexibility and improving cardiovascular fitness. If you enjoy meeting new people, conversation, and exercise this is the class for you. Daily drawing for free swim passes!!!

JAC Public Lap Swimming

Come and join us at the JAC and get your blood pumping at either our early morning lap swim or evening lap swim.

Dates: May 25th - Aug 6th

Time: Monday - Friday 6:00 - 7:00 am & Monday - Thursday 6:30 - 8:00 pm
